Most subbies leak $20–40K a month on undocumented variations and missed notice deadlines. We’re fixing that.

Built in Australia for construction subbies

Hey Ovo,
find the margin leaking through chat.

Ovo is the AI that lets you get on with the job. Watches every chat, catches every variation, surfaces the dollars hiding in conversations you don’t have time to read. Workers chat to Ovo. PMs approve with a tap. Owners see margin moving in real time.

Why Siteovo

Software made for subbies.

98.5% of Australian construction firms have fewer than 20 employees. Sub-contractors make up the largest segment of the industry.

Siteovo is purpose-built for them. Mobile-first because that’s where work happens on a construction site. Chat-first because that’s how crews already communicate. Ovo-driven because nobody on site has time to type into forms. Per-project pricing because subbies don’t run enterprises.

Every design decision starts with the subbie reality — the foreman’s day, the PM’s hours, the owner’s margin — not a generic project management template.

Built with subbies, for subbies.

Talk to sales

We were leaving six figures on the table every project — not because anyone was lazy, but because there isn’t time to chase every variation, every notice, every back-charge. Ovo catches all of them. The first month it paid for itself across our entire book.

What you get

Built around the chat. Not the dashboard.

Every feature designed to surface from a worker’s 8-word message — not from a PM tapping through forms. Built with subbie contract law in mind.

New

Stop wasting PM time on questions the docs already answer.

If your team can text, they can use Siteovo. Crew asks Ovo anything — specs, drawings, approval status, contract questions — and gets an instant answer from the live project. PM stops being the human FAQ. Saves hours a week.

Live schedule

Import the HC's programme, expand each section into your trade-level tasks. Inline editing on every cell. Updates flow back in real time as crew calls in completions and blockers.

Variations tracker

Every directed scope change logged against its task, with the notice deadline tracked from the moment of awareness. Photos as evidence. Status from Draft to Paid.

Extra works register

Weekend cover, standby time, unforeseen demo. Hours, value, justification — captured in chat, surfaced to PM, logged against the right task. Every billable hour captured before month-end.

Notice deadline tracker

Every notice deadline tracked per EOT — initial notice, full claim, weekly updates. Surfaced before they expire, every time. Strict eligibility logic baked in: supplier delay vs HC delay vs trade delay.

Field notes inbox

When Ovo can't match a worker's report to a task, it relays a refined summary to the PM directly. One tap to attach to the right task, log as XW, add as a new task, or dismiss. Every observation captured.

Submissions register

You compile and send the monthly claim your way — Siteovo tracks what's approved-and-awaiting, what's been submitted, what's been paid. Every approved variation on every claim.

See it work

12 seconds. Chat to schedule. No typing.

A live interactive demo. Watch a delay flow from site to schedule — through Ovo, in real time. Press play, tap once, see the loop close.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Do my workers need to install or learn anything?

No. If your team can text, they can use Siteovo. Workers stay in the chat app they already use every day. Each worker gets a 1:1 chat with Ovo — zero installs, zero training, no forms or fields. They just talk like normal and Ovo does the structuring. (We're building our own dedicated chat app for release later, but it'll always be optional — the rule is meet workers where they already are.)

Which contract templates does it work with?

MVP supports Broad Construction's standard subcontract and AS 4300/4303 derivatives. Phase 2 adds Lendlease, Multiplex, John Holland, FKG, Hansen Yuncken, Watpac. For bespoke contracts you can manually enter the notice deadline fields once at project setup — Siteovo tracks them from there.

Does Ovo auto-draft notices or send them to the HC?

No. You write and send notices the way you already do. Ovo surfaces the notice deadline pressure ("Initial notice due Thu 14 May 17:00") and pre-fills the evidence package (source messages, photos, programme variance) so the actual drafting takes minutes instead of an hour. You stay in control of every piece of communication with your HC.

Can I try Siteovo on one project first?

Yes — three months free on any plan, no credit card. We onboard your PM and foreman in 90 minutes. By month three you'll have measurable hours saved per week and the variations and extras that would otherwise have slipped through to month-end captured properly.

Where does Ovo run? Is my project data private?

Data is hosted in Australia. Each project has its own scoped Ovo instance — no cross-project learning, no shared models. Worker peer-to-peer chats don't exist (everyone DMs Ovo directly), so Ovo only ever sees what was sent to it. Audit trail is immutable at the database layer — even admins can't rewrite history.

Will Siteovo handle my project schedule?

Yes. Siteovo includes a live schedule view built for subbie trade-level planning. You import your head contractor's high-level programme once at project setup, expand into your detailed line items, and from there the schedule lives in Siteovo — updating from chat in real time. Enterprise customers can export to common scheduling formats anytime.

How is Siteovo different from the enterprise PM platforms my head contractor uses?

Siteovo is purpose-built for subbies. Mobile-first because your foreman has a phone in one hand and a power drill in the other. Chat-first because your crew won't install another app. Ovo-driven because nobody on site has time to type. Per-project pricing because you don't run an enterprise.

Can I use Siteovo alongside the platforms my head contractors already use?

Yes — Siteovo is your tool. You use it across every project regardless of what platform your HC uses on their end. Your crew works in Siteovo, you capture your own project state, you do your own claims.

My crew is older. Will they actually use it?

If they can text, they can use Siteovo. Workers stay in the chat app they already use every day. No new app to install, no forms to fill in, no interface to learn. Ovo does all the structuring on the back end — they just talk like normal.

My margins are thin. Can I justify the cost?

Three months free on any plan, no card needed. Solo plan after the trial is $249/month per project. The first variation Siteovo helps you capture in a month pays for the entire year of the subscription.

Hey Ovo, where’s my margin?

Three months free on any plan. No credit card. We’ll show you what Ovo would find in your chat trail before you spend a dollar.

No card. No setup fee. Cancel anytime in the first three months.
