Why we built this
98.5% of Australian construction firms have fewer than 20 employees. Subcontractors are the largest segment of the industry, and the worst-served by the software market. Every dominant PM platform was designed for head contractors with admin teams and IT departments. Subbies got pushed onto those tools as passive users — or stayed analogue with notebooks and chat screenshots. Siteovo exists to change that.
What Siteovo does
Mobile-first because that’s where work happens on a construction site. Chat-first because that’s how crews already communicate. AI-driven (we named the AI Ovo) because nobody on site has time to type into forms. Per-project pricing because subbies don’t run enterprises. Every design decision starts with the subbie reality — not a generic project management template.
Who we are
Siteovo is a small team based in Australia, building for the AU/NZ construction industry. Backed by deep industry experience — every feature is informed by actual subcontractor PMs, foremen, and directors. We’re early, we’re building in the open with pilot partners, and we’re stubborn about respecting how construction actually works.
Where we work
Headquartered in Brisbane, serving the AU and NZ construction industries. Plans to expand into other Tier-2 / Tier-3 construction markets after we’ve earned our keep at home.
